Eco-Challenge

This exciting program offers your group the opportunity to participate in complex problem solving activities. It puts your organization in unique environments requiring all to work as a high functioning team. The challenge will require your group to rapidly set goals, develop plans, allocate resources and assign people to appropriate roles based on skills and interest. This is a great way for a team to work together on a shared adventure. Length- 8 hours

Ropes Course

The High Ropes Course emphasizes risk-taking, trust, and coaching. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones—sometimes dramatically—and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. Each moment is rich with discoveries, whether a person is climbing, supporting "on belay" or finding an effective way to encourage a teammate. Length - 8 hours

Corporate Rescue Scenario      

In today's competitive world the ability to evaluate, organize and make decisions rapidly under pressure is paramount. The Search and Rescue Scenario parallels the dynamics of a functionally composed organization working under demanding time pressures. This is an exceptional team event that combines true teamwork and decision making with adventure and excitement. Length - 8 hours

Rock Climbing & Rappelling

The Southern Terrain’s Climbing Adventures are for all ability levels from first time participants to experienced climbers. Your safety is our priority and our trained guides will provide all of the necessary technical gear as well as personal helmets, harnesses, and group instruction to familiarize the team prior to the activity. The climbs will vary depending on the clients ability levels but there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Length – 4-8 hours

GPS Navigator

The GPS Navigator is a great way for groups large and small to experience the many wonders of the great outdoors. With the assistance of our facilitators and by using a GPS, maps and field guides you will become a team of Explorers who will need to work together towards success.  This involves approximately 1.5-2 hours of easy hiking while discovering each unique setting. Length-4 hours

The Great Gadget

The Great Gadget is a challenging and fun way to enhance management and team performance. Can your company or team brainstorm, create, build, market and deliver an earth shattering new product--all in the allotted time? Teams will be provided with an interesting array of resources to build their revolutionary gadget. As a finale, each team will present their gadget to the “open market” to see if it will sink or swim! Length- 4 hours
